    About the Artwork

    Kata Tjuta by Soyoung Kwon

"Whispers of the ancient earth." This majestic piece depicts Kata Tjuta, the sacred red rock domes of the Australian outback. Kwon translates the intense heat and raw energy of the red desert into soft, rhythmic layers of ink and color on Hanji. The warm ochre and reddish hues contrast beautifully with the deep shadows of the trees, creating a landscape that feels both vast and intimate.

    Why We Love This Collection

    🍂 Earthy Serenity
The warm, earthy palette of rust, ochre, and soft browns brings an instant feeling of grounding and comfort. It acts as a "visual heater," making it a perfect addition to a living room or dining area that needs a touch of warmth and coziness.

    🗿 Majestic Presence
The rounded forms of the rock domes create a sense of stability and timelessness. This artwork serves as a powerful focal point in Minimalist or Boho-chic interiors, adding an organic, sculptural element to the wall without being overpowering.

    🌏 The Traveler's Gaze
Part of Kwon’s Australian landscape series. It captures the spiritual energy of one of the world's oldest landscapes through a Korean artistic lens. Pair it with 'Spinifex Grassland' to curate a "Red Earth Collection" that celebrates the raw beauty of nature.

    🏆 Proven Value
Soyoung Kwon is a distinguished artist whose works are collected by Korea’s most prestigious institutions, including the MMCA Art Bank (National Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art), Samsung Foundation of Culture, and global corporations like LG Electronics.
