    About the Artwork

    Rumination by Younghwan Park

"Chewing over memories to find new meaning." Rumination is a sprawling 2024 landscape by Younghwan Park that visualizes the act of deep thinking. The wide horizontal composition invites the viewer’s eye to travel across the surface, much like a mind wandering through past events. Park’s signature ink layering creates a depth that suggests the accumulation of thoughts over time. It is a visual representation of the mental process where we revisit old memories, digest them, and integrate them into our present self.

    Why We Love This Collection

    🧠 A Space for Thought
The title "Rumination" makes this piece intellectually stimulating. It is the perfect backdrop for a home office, study, or library, creating an atmosphere that encourages focus, reflection, and deep work.

    🛋️ Horizontal Grandeur
With a 1:1.6 aspect ratio, this artwork is significantly wider than standard paintings. It offers excellent coverage for large, empty walls, such as above a wide sofa, a king-sized bed, or a long sideboard, anchoring the room with stability and grace.

    ⚫ Monochromatic Calm
The interplay of black ink and white space provides a visual rest. It doesn't demand attention with loud colors but rather sits quietly, adding a sophisticated, modern touch to the interior without clashing with other decor.

    🏆 Proven Value

Younghwan Park is a talented young artist whose works have been showcased at major art fairs like KIAF and Art Busan. His ability to fuse traditional techniques with modern sentiments makes his work a timeless addition to any collection.
