About the Artwork
Warmth to Move Forward by Younghwan Park
"A silent dialogue between two memories." In Warmth of Each Other, Younghwan Park visualizes the connection between separate entities. Painted on Hanji with layers of ink, this 2024 piece features a composition where distinct forms seem to reach out and share a common temperature. The 'warmth' in the title suggests that even in a solitary, monochromatic world, there is comfort to be found in coexistence. The soft, spreading ink textures physically manifest this invisible emotional bond.

Why We Love This Collection
🤝 Connection & Comfort
This artwork beautifully captures the abstract concept of 'relationship.' It’s not just about shapes; it’s about how they affect each other. Placing this artwork in a shared space like a living room or dining area creates an atmosphere of harmony and togetherness.
🛋️ Stable Landscape
The 1:1.5 landscape ratio is one of the most comfortable formats for viewing. It creates a sense of stability and calm. It works exceptionally well above a sofa, credenza, or headboard, grounding the room with its quiet presence.
⚫ Soft Modernism
While the black ink creates a modern, graphic look, the fuzzy edges and natural paper texture add a layer of softness. It bridges the gap between sharp modern design and cozy, natural aesthetics.
🏆 Proven Value
Younghwan Park is a talented young artist whose works have been showcased at major art fairs like KIAF and Art Busan. His ability to fuse traditional techniques with modern sentiments makes his work a timeless addition to any collection.
